Users with the System Administrator role can add or modify locations if needed
To add a new Terminal or Port:
1. Navigate to the Catalogue menu and select Locations
2. On the Locations view-all page, click the Action tab and select Create 
3. In the Create Location pop-up box, enter the location name and country, select the type of location, and click Save
