Deleting data such as grades, locations, methods of transport, etc is possible within the application. Please note that once the particular record has been referenced elsewhere, such as on a nomination, it can no longer be deleted. As an example, if a grade is created, and then a nomination is created that used this grade, it can no longer be deleted however it can be deactivated and stopped from being used in the future.
