An Operator looking to create a nomination for a sample of a product can do so by doing the following:
1. Select the "Create Nomination" icon on the Nominations page (Trips drop-down--> Nominations)
2. Select the "Sample" template
Please note that Sample nominations do not have the option for Quantity, only Quality.
