Updating Inspection Company Invoicing Instructions On an Invoice

An invoice receives the billing information from the corresponding nomination which the Operator has set up. In the case that the bill-to information is incorrect on an invoice, the Operator will need to update the billing instructions. Please find below the correct steps:

1. The inspection company voids the invoice by opening the invoice, clicking the "Actions" drop-down menu and selecting "Void" (PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE AN INVOICE IS VOIDED, THIS CANNOT BE UNDONE)

2. The inspection company enters a comment and selects "Void"

3. The Operator goes to the corresponding nomination, updates the inspection invoice instructions section, enters a revision comment, and save and issues a new version of the nomination.

4. The inspection company is now able to create a new invoice against the inspection worksheet and the new billing instructions will populate
