If you are an inspection company looking to retrieve information from the VEF system, please see the below steps:
1. All inspection companies that wish to use the Navarik VEF system must have a contract in place with a cargo owner company. To get the process started, please ensure both parties are copied on the thread to support@navarik.com
2. Navarik Support must receive written consent from the cargo owner decision maker that they wish to grant the inspection company access on their behalf
3. Once the written consent has been received, the Navarik Chief of Operations will send a contract for both parties to read, understand, and sign
4. Once all parties have read, understood, and signed the contract, Navarik Support will create the user account for the inspection company system administrator and schedule a walk-through of the VEF system
