Navarik has a product called the Vessel Experience Factor (VEF) which is made up of at least five qualifying voyages (a maximum of 20) to determine a numeric value (closest to 1) that represents how successfully or unsuccessfully the vessel carries and delivers the product that was on board. The voyage figures shown in the VEF system are fed directly from the Navarik Inspection worksheets submitted by the inspectors who attended and measured the movement.
Navarik VEF is compliant with API chapter 17.9.
