Users with Hub Coordinator permissions are responsible for managing responses for nominations assigned to their hub (accept or decline). Once the nomination is accepted, the local office that will perform the job will be assigned.
Select the “Manage Response” button
Choose a response from the selection from the Response drop-down list.
If you are accepting the nomination, add a local office
To save on time, you may also use the “Apply Response to All” button if all the parcels will be worked on by the same office.
Please note: If you decline a nomination, this cannot be undone and the nomination cannot be assigned to your copany
