As an inspector, if you are unable to perform a quality test(s), you have the option to select "not performed" and let the cargo company know the reason in a comment.
1. Select the check box on the left-hand side for not performed:

NOTE: If you mark a quality test as not performed, a comment is mandatory before you can submit the worksheet
