In most cargo profiles when creating an invoice, bank account information must be selected.
You can check if a Bank Account exists for an office by following the steps below:
1. Click on the catalogue menu
2. Click on Company/People Directory
3. Enter your company name
4. Select the company role from the drop-down menu
5. Click on "Find"
6. Click on your company name
7. Enter the office name
8. Click View Bank Details tab
If a Bank Account is inactive or does not exist, please contact the cargo company's system administrators. If you need the contact information for the system administrators, contact firstname.lastname@example.org
