In most cargo profiles when creating an invoice, bank account information must be selected.
You can check if a Bank Account exists for an office by following the steps below:
1. Click on the catalogue menu
2. Click on Company/People Directory
3. Enter your company name
4. Select the company role from the drop-down menu
5. Click on "Find"
6. Click on your company name
7. Enter the office name
8. Click View Bank Details tab
9. On the bank account page, click the Filter tab, enter the office name you wish to view the

If a Bank Account is inactive or does not exist, please contact the cargo company's system administrators. If you need the contact information for the system administrators, contact support@navarik.com
The following information is required to create a bank account in Navarik Inspection:
- Account Holder Name
- Account Number
- Name of the Financial Institution
- Currency of the Bank Account
Please note that cargo companies that use SAP as their financial system may also require a Bank Account Code.
