Each nomination form has a space designated for Load/Discharge instructions for the inspection company. The following fields have a maximum capacity of approximately 6,000 characters:
- Activity Instructions
- Agent Details
- Notes
To avoid reaching the maximum limit unexpectedly, it is recommended to keep content closer to 5,000 characters whenever possible.
The system counts not only the visible text but also the hidden HTML formatting applied in the background. As a result, all formatting elements outlined below contribute to the total character count.
- Bold text
- Italic text
- Underlined text
- Different font sizes
- Different font colors
If you encounter the character limit:
- Review and reduce unnecessary formatting where possible
- Shorten the content to stay within the recommended limit of 5,000 characters
- Create a word document or PDF with the instructions and attach it to the nomination
