Each nomination has multiple areas for recipients. There is the nomination level which sends communications (trackable on the comm log) to the operator, inspection company (hub office, hub coordinator), and anyone listed on the "Additional Recipients and Attachments" section - these emails include "Notice of New Inspection Nomination", "Notice of Nomination Revision", etc. Essentially, all communications around the nomination and any revision-issuing changes to it.

There is also the parcel level which sends communications (trackable on the comm log) to Email Quantity Results to, Email Quality Results to sections on a nomination form - these emails include "Notice of Preliminary Result Submission", "Notice of Inspection Result Submission" etc.

There is also the ability for a party or parties to be notified for notice of loss/gain, off-spec, and scorecard which is stored under Regions/Business groups for all nominations.
For these types of emails, please see below:
1. If you are a cargo-owner system administrator, navigate to the "Catalogue" drop down
2. Select Company Directory
3. Filter for your company and open it

4. Select "View Regions"

5. Select the Region of your choice and then select the respective Business Group and modify:

6. Enter in the email(s) (note: if multiple addresses, please separate with a semi-colon) and press Save:

Repeat this for any necessary Business Groups that should be notified.
