How do inspection companies get access to Navarik Inspection to submit inspection results?

Navarik manages the onboarding and access of inspection companies within Navarik Inspection. Many inspection companies are already onboarded and actively using the platform, as Navarik operates as a secure multi-tenant system.


Inspection companies are granted access to a customer’s tenant only upon the customer’s request. If a customer wishes to work with an inspection company that is not yet part of Navarik’s network, Navarik will onboard that company, provide the necessary training, and configure their environment so they are ready to submit inspection results using Navarik Inspection.


Each inspection company operates within its own dedicated tenancy, ensuring complete segregation of data. Inspectors can only view data associated with Navarik Inspection profiles to which they have been explicitly granted access. If an inspection company is not authorized to access a customer’s Navarik Inspection tenant, it will have no visibility into that customer’s data.


Inspection companies authenticate using their own login credentials and manage their own users. All access is governed by Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to ensure users only have permissions appropriate to their role.
