To ensure that an inspection company your company no longer does business with does not get nominated, it is advised to have this inspection company be deactivated.
This is an action that Navarik Support will gladly assist you with.
If an inspection company needs to be deactivated this request must either come from a cargo owner System Administrator or have the approval of a cargo owner System Administrator. Please email support@navarik.com with the following information:
1. Name of the inspection company you wish to have deactivated
2. Reason for deactivating the inspection company
