The Cargo Company system administrators can choose to enter the email address they wish the "Notice of Poor Rating" to be sent to.
1. From the Catalogue menu drop-down, select Regions
2. Select the Region that you want to modify
3. Select the business group you wish to modify
4. Click on the wrench icon
5. Enter email addresses you wish to receive the "Notice of Poor Rating" and click Save
