To unlock a web service account, please contact your company's system administrator for assistance.
The web service account can be unlocked by taking the following steps:
1. Select the catalogue drop-down menu
2. Select User Accounts
3. Search for the desired user account by first name, last name, or email address
4. Open the user account and select the actions drop-down menu and select Activate
