For web service passwords, please contact your companies system administrator for assistance.
The web service password can be generated by taking the following steps:
1. Select the catalogue drop-down menu
2. Select User Accounts
3. Search for the desired user account by first name, last name, or email address
4. Open the user account and select the actions drop-down menu and select generate new password NOTE: everytime this button is clicked, a new password will be created.
5. Select "Show", then copy the password and close the menu:
