Production, UAT, and Integ

Production, UAT, and Integ are various environments in which you might be asked to log in. Please see their descriptions and use cases below:

Production: www.navarik.net

This is the live environment - absolutely no testing takes place here as it affects others in real-time.

There is no colored ribbon at the bottom of the screen

To access the production environment through the web service, please see here: Webservice URL's for Production per Navarik Inspection Customer

UAT: www.uat.navarik.net

This is the environment known as User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and is meant primarily for two scenarios:

1. For testing new features and bug fixes before they reach production

2. For training purposes

Once you have logged into the UAT user interface, you should see the below green ribbon at the bottom of the screen:

To access the UAT environment through the web service, please see here: Webservice URL's for UAT per Navarik Inspection Customer

Integ: www.integ.navarik.net

This is the environment known as the Integration (Integ) and is meant for the below scenario:

This is another testing environment that is mainly used for integration testing (connecting to the web service). This environment is refreshed nightly with production data. Please note that if you have created a testing scenario here, it will be cleared at the end of the night as it does not exist in production.

Once you have logged into the Integ user interface, you should see the below blue ribbon at the bottom of the screen:

To access the Integ environment through the web service, please see here: Webservice URL's for Integration per Navarik Inspection Customer

NOTE FOR INTEG ENVIRONMENT: When logging into the user interface, and the user types in www.integ.navarik.net, it is expected for the URL to change to UAT (this is a result of the log-in changes we made in 2020 where users use their email address to log in rather than their username). Once the user has clicked "log in", the system logs them into the Integ environment and the URL changes back to "integ".

Further information on testing the web services can be found in this guide: https://navarik-insp.readme.io/docs/navarik-inspection-api
