It is possible for users to view and update their personal information in Navarik Inspection.
If you wish to update your personal information, e.g., Email address or phone number, this can be done by following the steps outlined below:
1. Log into your company profile
2. Click on your name
3. Click on Account Preferences & Profiles Overview
4. Click on your name.
5. Click on the wrench icon to modify personal information
6. Edit the required fields and click save
Note: Updating your personal email on your user account will have no effect on the initial email used to create your user account by your system administrators. If your account has been created with an incorrect name or a typo, please contact your system administrator and see page I Cannot Modify an Email Address
