Upon trying to log in you may be prompted with an "Incorrect Username" Message:
Please get in touch with a system administrator within your company with the below instructions:
1. Navigate to the user account
2. Select "Modify"
3. If you notice that the email address field is enabled, that means the user is not yet part of Navarik ID
4. Make changes if necessary and hit "Save" (if no changes are necessary, just hit "Save")
5. At this point the email field will become disabled, this indicates that the user has been migrated successfully to
Ask the user to try logging in once more. Should they still not be able to log in, kindly ask them to follow the Password Recovery steps.
