Inspection User Role

  • Inspector: This user type is responsible for entering Quantity, Quality, and Time Log details into Navarik Inspection. This user type cannot manage responses to assigned work, and cannot view or enter Invoices.

  • Local Coordinator: This user is primarily responsible for managing the responses to Nominations for their local office. This user can also enter Worksheet results, and create invoices for work assigned to their local office.

  • Local Financial Coordinator: This user type is primarily responsible for entering Invoices for their local office. This user cannot enter Worksheet results, or manage responses for work assigned to their office.

  • Hub Coordinator: This user has the same permissions as an Inspector Local Coordinator, but they can manage responses, and enter worksheets and invoices for all the Offices within their Hub.

  • Hub Financial Coordinator: This user type has the same permissions as an Inspector Local Financial Coordinator, but they can enter Invoices for all offices within their Hub.

  • Inspector System Administrator: This user is primarily responsible for managing the company details, and user details for their Inspection Company. This user role also has all the permissions associated with other inspector user roles.
