Password Expiry on User Account

When viewing your user account preferences you may find that there is a section for "Password Expiry". The populated date may be in the past even though you are currently logged in. The reason this is happening is that passwords do not expire anymore within the Navarik platform since switching to NavarikID


Our team is aware of this and is actively working on a fix.

The tentative release version is 2.78 which has the following dates:


UAT: March 12, 2021

Production: April 17, 2021
